The 17th Annual Bright Lights Festival will kick off the holiday shopping season in downtown Lethbridge on Friday and Saturday, November 17-18. The festival has been expanded to a two-day festival this year with even more family-oriented activities than previous years.
Bright Lights Festival, the yearly signal to kick off Christmas shopping in the downtown, is carrying on the tradition each November. Midnight Madness will take place on the same night and a live radio remote will remind visitors to take place in late night shopping. We encourage our businesses to keep their doors open later to allow shoppers to start their Christmas shopping.
As usual we will be providing free hayrides, coffee, popcorn, apple cider, Christmas movies and visits with Santa.
