Ashcroft Homes Celebrates Winning Alberta’s Builder of the Year



    September 15 to 18 saw the 2016 Canadian Home Builders Association (CHBA) Alberta host the annual BUILD Conference in Jasper Alberta.

    On September 16, Ashcroft Master Builder had 2 home finalists, at the CHBA – Alberta Awards of Excellence in Housing: “The Carlos” in the $250,000 – $280,000 category, and “The Kristin” (current Copperwood showhome) in the $340,000 – $380,000 category.

    At the end of the night, they were awarded the most coveted prize – The Ralph Scurfield Award – Builder of the Year!! (large volume)

    “We are very honored to receive this award for 3 consecutive years. This award involves points being awarded for the following: customer service, safety leadership, volunteering with the CHBA (Canadian Home Builder’s Association), and our homes that were finalists. We attribute our success to our staff, trades, suppliers, land developers, customers and a community that continues to support our business,” says General Manager, Rodrigo Esparza,

    This is the 3rd year in a row for Ashcroft Homes to win Builder of the Year at the provincial level. In 2014, they received Small Volume Builder of the Year, in 2015 Ralph Scurfield Builder of the Year (large volume), and again this year.

    To celebrate, Ashcroft Homes hosted a lunch September 27th for 150 guests including staff, suppliers, trades, developers, and other business partners.
