Lethbridge Pride Fest (June 17 – 25)
This weekend kicks off the 2016 Lethbridge Pride Fest. There is something going on at many various locations in the city. You can check out Club Didi, head out to the Youth Dance Friday, or see educational presentations! For more information visit: lethbridgepridefest.com/events.
Jazz in the Gardens (June 18)
Head out to Galt Gardens Saturday afternoon for some great food and great music. Starting at noon you can enjoy the exciting melodies of jazz and blues as performed by local and headlining artists. Le Tour De Fido (June 18)
If you’re looking for something a little different Saturday afternoon and you need to get your fuzzy friends out for some excericise, you might want to register for Le Tour De Fido at the Kiwanis Picnic Shelter at Henderson Lake.
Registration for this annual charitable event starts at 10 a.m., and then you walk or jog with your puppy around the lake! Afterwards enjoy a BBQ, entertainment, vendors and more! Waterton Wildflower Festival (June 19 – 24)
Sunday marks the first day of the Wildflower Festival in Waterton. Get out of town for a day and enjoy a vast array of activities and tours that also educate you on the wildlife and plantlife of Southern Alberta. Learn about the wild from horse back or on foot and don’t forget your camera! Lots of these events require registration though, so don’t miss out!
