An online survey has been launched to collect information on perceptions of downtown Lethbridge. The purpose of the survey is to update the 2006 document Round Street: Building a Better Neighbourhood.
The survey has been commissioned by The Joint Action Team which was formed to develop and implement an action plan that will foster a downtown that is comfortable for all people to live, work and play.
The Joint Action Team consists of representatives of the following entities: Heart of Our City Committee, Lethbridge City Council, Lethbridge Police Service, Lethbridge Police Commission, Social Housing In Action, Downtown Business Revitalization Zone (DBRZ), Chamber of Commerce, City of Lethbridge Community and Social Development staff, Coalition of Municipalities Against Racism and Discrimination, City of Lethbridge Planning & Development Services staff, downtown property owners, Native Counselling Services of Alberta, London Road Neighbourhood Association.
The survey is being conducted by Peak Conflict Solutions on behalf of the Joint Action Team until Friday, February 12 at 10 p.m., and can be accessed at: www.surveymonkey.com/r/W8BLX8L
